Amber I love your blog! So fun :0 I saw this and it caught my eye, I know its an old blog...But, I actually used Vitamin E oil everynight!!I used a bottle every month, but by luck it helped. I used probably too much and my sheets were greasy. But, I swear by it!! I also know that your "good for you fatty foods" really help. Like avocados, black olives, olive oil etc. Hope that helps!!
